"God Really Is In Control!"

As we look at our lives, we see trials in the past, trials in the present, and we know there will be trials in the future. While all of us have blown it somewhere in our lives or have had things happen that to this day just don't make sense, we may be tempted to say, "WHY, GOD, DID THIS HAPPEN?!" In my own life, there are some trials that I just can't figure out why they have happened but I have LEARNED to leave it with the LORD. Someday it will all make sense (likely in heaven). If YOU allow yourself to be mad AT GOD, you will eventually see what a foolish thing it is to do.

Do we really think we can foul up the plan of God? I do believe our free will allows us to make mistakes and sin. But do you think that it takes God by surprise when we do such things? God already had a plan for us, knowing we would do this or that. Still His purpose will be done in us despite our mistakes or the wrongdoing of others.

Joseph's brothers selling him into slavery
(read Genesis 37) was WRONG but God, in His infinite knowledge, planned their wrongdoing to work toward His plan of raising up Joseph as a leader and the deliverer of his family from famine (read Genesis chapters 41-45, specifically read Genesis 45:5-8).

Moses was placed in a basket in the water as an infant, found and raised up under Pharaoh
(see Exodus 2:1-10) to ultimately be the deliverer of God's people (see Exodus 14:19-31).

Paul spent much of his time in prison writing the epistles of
Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Philemon which are now part of the New Testament (Holy Scriptures). Think about this the next time you read these epistles.

I submit to you today, that NO ONE can foul up God's plan. You can be part of His plan for BLESSING or you can be part of His plan for JUDGMENT. I choose (by repentance and obedience) to let God turn my mistakes and sins around for His blessing and not His judgment.
