Go Proclaim/BibleFood update for 2003

We are here to GO PROCLAIM the Good News of Jesus Christ and to bring BIBLE FOOD to those who are spiritually hungry.
                      
Today's information will help you to understand who we are and where we are going.

This should also give you the whole picture of what this ministry is doing with the LORD'S help.

I will go over them one by one:

GO PROCLAIM MINISTRIES (GPM)
This is the OVERALL corporation that all of the following ministries come under that will be discussing in this email.  We are in the process of making GPM non-profit status this winter/spring.  In 2003 we would also like "GPM" to make a Christian Website that will cover all aspects of Christianity, by way of links to 100's (or 1000's) of other Christian sites.

This will be where Jim will go out in ministry under this corporation. We need a large financial base as it is from here that many things will operate (i.e., purchase website, PO box, literature, flyers, etc……).

BIBLEFOOD DEVOTIONAL  (BF)
A weekly email devotional that covers practical areas that hungry Christians can apply to their daily lives.  Started with 3 members in January 1998, we now have over 6,000 members.

NEED:  Workers in all areas. Ideas to improve BibleFood Devotional website. Add devotionals in audio (these will sometimes be more detailed).
Some people to help in getting silkscreen and t-shirts to make BibleFood T-shirt.  We need SOME ideas for a LOGO for BibleFood Devotional.

THE ENCOURAGER  (TE)
A quarterly (soon to be monthly) email devotional that is written specifically to encourage and speak to people in some level of ministry.  It is more specifically directed towards Pastors.  This ministry started in January 2001 and currently has approximately 200 members. If you are a pastor, evangelist, elder, sunday school teacher, or work in other areas of ministry you are invited to join "TE".

GOD WILL HELP YOU
A website that is directed at those who do not know Jesus Christ as their LORD and Savior and to those who are hurting.  This was started in August 2001.

CHRISTIAN POOL PLAYERS ASSOCIATION (CPPA)
A ministry that is Christ-centered and aimed at ministering specifically to local pool players, and also to be a means of fellowship and growth for Christian pool players through a national network of members. Started June 22, 2002 - Currently has members in 18 states.

Offerings may be submitted for any of these ministries with a check made out to "GoProclaim" and specifying what ministry this offering is for.  If NOT specified, it will go in the general GPM fund and will be used where needed.  Donations currently are NOT tax-deductible, but we hope to change that soon.  But it still will bless the LORD's work. 

Any financial questions are welcome as we are and will ALWAYS be good stewards of Gods money (your offerings).
