Dear Lord,
I ask that you show me how I may
tell my child this mother loves her
in a very special way.
Give her the strength when she takes that stand
to travel that full circle
where her life had began.
To make the full circle where once we were
parted
the walls must come down
her heart unguarded
Shower her with peace during this time of
stress
make her see,
just how much our unity is blessed.
Walk beside her when the day will come
when she can look to me
and call me her mom.
I ask not for this title as most mothers do
only her love
and a life with her that is brand new.
Take away her guilt so we can begin our life
as a mother and daughter,
I pray of you this night
AMEN
