To everyone who endures chronic pain,
Wishing you a mountain of love and happiness!
my gift to you
I tried to climb the mountain top of prosperity,
But each time came tumbling down, thinking God had forgotten me.
And each time I came tumbling down the pain would get stronger
Until at last, I gave in, and knew I needed longer.
To learn the things nature held in her hand, asking me to try
each, and everyone until I learned why.
Each time I came tumbling down that mountain top was a lesson,
I was to take out to the world, to help each and every person
Who, like me, was having pain.
And give the hope into their hearts
That they too, could feel good again.
So, my friend, my gift to you is to know someone cares
to see you once again climbing the hill to health.
And knowing all the way you will be in my prayers.
