Sent in by: Jen   Lacing TeethSupplies needed: White poster board, dental floss, hole punch. Cut a nice sized tooth out of the poster board. Punch holes around the perimeter of the tooth. Have the children lace the floss in and out of the holes in the teeth. This can be done as a center and for a take home project, make the teeth out of construction paper. Unknown   Brush that Food AwayPaint a picture of a mouth on a cookie sheet with the teeth showing through the lips. Place small pictures of food onto magnetic strips. Place the magnetic food onto the teeth. Demonstrate how the food sticks to the teeth and brushing helps the deposits be removed. The magnets stick quite well and this shows the children that brushing is not a quick job. Unknown
