Tips for Finding a Mothers' Club
 
Look in your local press, including parenting magazines and the free weeklies that show up in your driveway.
 
Visit your neighbourhood library and scan their notice board. If they offer a children's story time, drop in and talk to the other parents about mothers clubs.
 
Attend your hospital's post-natal mommy and baby group or call a hospital in your area that offers maternity services. These groups are part of a hospital's community education program and the group leaders are often very well informed about support available in your area.
