Rosinante was our Wolf-Husky mix.
He saved us from danger more than once. And was a very good Lemming
hunter.
Bucky The Pooh was our first Terripoo
and accompanied us to St Lawrence Island. While there he wrote letters
to radio station KNOM, in Nome Alaska, and they were read on the
air. He is missed.
Jamie PDSRII was our second Terripoo (Pooh
Dog, Shag Rug II). He loved to be dressed up and have his picture
taken. Here he is dressed to play ball. He moved from Alaska to
Florida with the family. He is missed.
Tiny is shown with his master B.J. at
the shop. B.J. is 6'3" so you can see how Tiny got his name. He is missed.
This is Stormy, he gets to go to puppy care school three times
a week. He belongs to Mom's friend Darlene.
Here's Mom with her favorite kind
of cat. He is a mascot for a local animal rescue organization.
This is Charlotte Magnolia Nightengale,
daughter Dawn's first cat, winning one of her many awards. We miss her.
This is Noel, our Christmas cat. Sharon
found her and brought her home. She was very ill and so she was
given herbal medication. She was Lady's best friend when
she was a puppy and lived with them for two years.
Babe likes to exercise, but Fragile and Lucky like the soft life.
They belong to our friend Kathy.
Cats okay I guess. I like dog friends better.
We also have some cat "relatives" and Mom is teaching me to like
others 'cause it's a big world and we need to get along for the
good of all.
This page is written in loving memory of the following special members of our family: Duchess, the music critic; Rosinante, the Wolf/Husky; Bucky The Pooh, the dog that wrote letters to radio station KNOM in Nome, Alaska; Jamie PDSRII (Pooh dog Shag Rug II), the Terripoo;Tiny and Bear, the white German Shepherd. Some cat members: Kikmik, the cat named dog, Charlotte; C. Amanda Tiffany; and Noel, the Christmas cat who was Lady's best friend when she was a puppy. There are many other animal friends we also honor. We know you probably have some you honor too.
