I started playing the trumpet this year .
There are 16 trumpet players in the school district. I'm the only one in my school and the only girl in the district. This year for the first time, all the kids from all the elementary schools played together in one concert. It was great! Although afterwards my lips hurt and I couldn't talk. Mr Samlara said it was a real challange having 26 drummers.
Saturday is out Kennywood picnic Day. Kennywood is an amusement park with rollercoasters and other rides. Its really big and takes all day to ride the rides. This year they've added a new ride called The Exterminator. Its a roller coaster in the dark with rats and stuff. I feel sorry for mom cause she can't ride any of the good rides because she's pregnant
One good thing about having another baby is that we are going to move. I don't want to move far, but I do want a bigger house. Maybe I'll get my own room. . ha ha!
School is over June 10th . . . .YEAH!!!
Next week we are going on vacation to Wahington D.C. I can't wait!!! We're going to do all sorts of cool stuff like going to the national zoo, seeing all the monuments and we might even get to go to the white house.
Last time we went to the white house, wwe had a picnic on a bench. Kate and I were feeding the squirrels(there are millions of squirrels there!)our peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. One climbed up in a tree and was eating his there and a whole buchof people came by with cameras and were taking pictures!!!!
We are even going to try to go to Williamsburg too!
