In 1850 Lawrence Co., TN Census (#586-662) John Seratt (spelled Serratt in 1850 Census) was married to Sabra A. _______, born about 1829 in TN. They married before 1837 in Lawrence Co, TN. In the 1860 Census Wayne Co, TN Census, John Seratt was married to Lucille (Lucy) J. Flippo (married July 8, 1858) - Lucy was born about 1829? or 1835 in Lawrence Co, TN. In the August 1860 census, John and Lucy J. Seratt lived in Lawrence Co. TN. It is believed that Lucy J. Flippo Seratt has a brother named Patrick Flippo born about 1822 (married to Rebecca Emiline Skillern). E. Harris (Haries?) (Frazier?) (Stowe) in Wayne Co. TN on 1/13/1865. Sarah may have had a father or step-father named John Frazier (see www.tnfraziers.com). Sarah was born in TN (probably 1835 or 1837). John and Sarah have six children of their own plus two or three children from Sarah’s first marriage to N. J. or J. N. Stowe (married N. J. or J. N. Stowe on 7/22/1857 in Wayne Co., TN). Sarah (Sally?) E. (Harris-Frazier?-Stowe) Seratt died on 1/23/1923 and is buried in RoEllen Cemetery, RoEllen, TN. John Anderson Seratt died in May of 1912 and is buried in RoEllen, TN. Their 8 or 9 children are Talbert Harris Stowe, L. E. Stowe, Q. S.
