BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 Clove Garlic (minced)

1 Large Onion (chopped)

1/4 cup butter

4 cups broccoli (bite sized pieces)

10 ounce can Mushroom soup

7 ounces Cheeze Whiz

1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)

1/2 cup almonds (chopped)

1/2 cup (buttered) bread crumbs

Saute onion and garlic in butter, spoon into large greased casserolel Cook broccoli till crunchy, add to casserole, add mushrooms and half the chopped almondsl In separate bowl, mix mushroom soup and cheese whiz, fold into casserole. Top with last part of chopped almonds and buttered bread crumbs.

Bake 350 for 45 minutes.......Serves 10
