PISTACHIO SALAD

1 package pistachio instant pudding

1 3/4 cup milk

14 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)

2 cups small marshmellows

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

1 cup whipping cream

In medium bowl, mix pudding, with milk, add pineapple, marshmellows and nuts. Whip cream til stiff and fold in pudding mixture. Chill, serve on lettuce leaves
