1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
3 teaspoons sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
2 small tubs Cool Whip (or 2 cups whipping cream, whipped)
3 cups milk
1 package Vanilla or Caramel instant pudding
1 package chocolate instant pudding
Mix pecans, flour, butter and sugar, put in a 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes, cool. Mix cream cheese, icing sugar and 1 tub cool whip, spread on base. Mix milk and puddings, pour over cheese mixture. Top with cool whip. Shave a little chocolate over top. refrigerate.
