MACARONI-CHEEZE TWIST

1/2 green pepper(diced)

1 clove garlic(minced)

1 tablespoon oil

1 cup water

2 8 ounces tomato sauce

1 small onion(minced)

1/2 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons (chopped)Parsley

4 ounces (your choice) cheese (cubed)

8 ounces corkscrew macaroni(cooked)

In pan, cook green pepper, garlic and onion in oil until tender. Stir in sauce, water, oregano and parsley. Simmer 10 minutes, add chees cubes, stir just to mix. Serve immediately over hot macaroni. Serves 4
