In May, 1994 I met a wonderful person while working for CompuServe.   Jon Reiner, managing editor at Soap Opera Weekly, had been brought in to provide fans with his soap expertise.  One year later I was given the opportunity to attend the Daytime Emmys!  Jon and I did online commentary for all the fans hooked up around the world.  This picture was taken during the dinner before-hand.

Jon and I have both moved on since our days at CIS.  Jon is now the soaps guru at TV Guide Online.  I am doing the weekly soap previews for TV Guide Online, with the help of Jon's editing!  I've always loved working with JR, and I am happy to be with him again.

Jon will be performing his one man show in February at Don't Tell Mama's in NYC!  This will be his second show; I only wish I could be there to see it.  Maybe I'll come up with a few spare dollars and make another trip to NYC.  I know he'll do great.  For more info, click on the picture below.
