Caramel Corn

Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick of Margarine
1/4 cup white corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 large bowl of popped popcorn
optional - Spanish Peanuts


Bring first four ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and
stir until foamy. Pour over popped corn and stir until kernels are evenly
coated with syrup. Pour popcorn onto waxed paper to cool, separating kernels if
desired. Add optional spanish peanuts if desired.
