She is the author of numerous books including Breastfeeding and Natural Child Spacing , the founder of the Couple to Couple League and a regular contributor to the Family Foundations newsletter. . She will also lead a workshop on the difference between "ecological" and "cultural" breastfeeding and how each method affects fertitlity.
