BAKED PORK CHOP CASSEROLE
This is a quick and easy way to make a pork chop dinner that will have everybody smiling. It also stays warm in the oven real well, for those nights you can't all eat together.
Mix all but half of the cheese and onions and put in a greased baking dish. Place pork chops on top, cover with foil and bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 more minutes uncovered. Enjoy!!!
CHICKEN CASSEROLE
A great chicken recipe that can be made from canned or fresh chicken. It is quick and easy, even after a hard day at the office.
Mix all but butter and 1 cup of the stuffing and put it in a greased baking dish. Mix the remaining stuffing and the butter and sprinkle it over the casserole. Bake at 325* for about an hour or until it browns.
AMAZING COCONUT PIE
What can I say.... its just amazing.
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT coconut in a blender. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle the coconut on top. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes. You can keep it a secret about how easy it was when everyone tells you how good it is!!
LEMON PIE
This recipe is for real, even tho it sounds to easy. It makes a truly delicious pie that will be the perfect end to a great dinner, or as a nice snack.
Mix the ingredients and pour into the pie shell. Then put it in the refrigerator until it firms up.(Usually about 2 hours)
AMAZING COCONUT PIE
Combine all ingredients, (except vanilia) in blender. Pour into a greased 9 inch piepan. Let stand for 5 minutes, then bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
BOILED COOKIES
These cookies are known by many names, my husband was raised calling them Cowboy Cookies, but whatever you call them, everyone will call them DELICIOUS!!
Place the first 4 ingredients in a pan and heat to boiling. Boil the mixture for 1 full minute, if you overboil it will harden to quick, so timing it is a good idea. Remove from heat and add the other ingredients. Then spoon out cookies onto a piece of foil or wax paper. They will be ready to eat shortly.
LAZY HOUSEWIFE COBBLER
For the topping
Melt butter in baking pan. Mix everything except the fruit together and pour it over the butter. Pour fruit over the mixture. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes, then pour topping over it and bake 15 more minutes.
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S A COOKIE
This is a great recipe for the kids to use to make cookies, and they taste great to. For a little variety, coat them with chocolate frosting after they cool.
Combine the ingredients and shape into 1 Tbsp. balls, then flatten them with a fork and bake for about 8 minutes.
I also have some Low-Fat recipes, if anyone wants some. If you ever think of a recipe you'd like to see, E-mail me and I'd be glad to post it or if possible send it on to you.
