There is an argument that Christians celebrate a pagan holiday for Christmas. First I will establish a date through history and the Jewish calender of worship a connection for the observance of this day of High Mass for Christ , known as Christmas or Christ's Mass. At the same time I will admit that there is a pagan holiday celebrated at the same time, but the rituals of the pagan day are much different than what should be celebrated for Christ and Christians.

Luke 1:5 There was, in the days of Herod the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
Luke 1:6 And they were both rightous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord.
Luke 1:7 And they had no child, because Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in years.

These verses establish that Zacharias and Elisabeth are both decendants of Aaron are both descendants of the Levitical Priesthood. They are both pure Levites in descendancy.
Abia was celebrated in this time period in two ministrations. The first from 12-18 Chisleu=December 6-12. Chisleu is of the Hebrew Calender. And the second ministration 12-18 Sivan=June 13,19.
The promise of God to Zacharias of a son came between June 13-19. The 20th, being a Sabbath, Zachariaus could not travel on that day. The earliest he could leave for home is the 21st.
It was 30 miles to Zachariaus' home from the temple. He being long in years, he would not arrive home until June 21or 22. The conception of John the Babtist came on or about the 23rd of Sevin, or June 23-24 of that year, actually 5BC. The 1st Tebeth, being 6 months later is December 25 in the year 5BC. The 1st Tebeth being the conception date of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thereby the celebration of Christmas on December 25th is actually the celebration of the first day of God With Us (Jesus) being on this earth in the flesh, being placed in the womb by God at that time.
The birth of John the Babtist the 7th of Nison or March 25.
The Nativity actually is 15th Tisra or September 27.

When you celebrate Christmas as December 25th, you are really celebrating Christ's conception, that greatest gift from our Father in Heaven to us. So on this day give your gifts in the same light of love as your Father gave His Gift to you.

So just relax and keep on celebrating, being fully aware of the Truth and Love of The Savior of all, Yeshua Messiah, Jesus The Christ.

I now wish to add a very important footnote to this page. It should be obvious to those who have read this page that life for all flesh begins at conception, not at birth. Yashua, Christ began His life at His conception, and not His Birth. Aborting a Fetus is by it's definition is actually laying in wait to commit to kill an actual life. It is really MURDER in the first degree. This being an absolute breaking of one of the Ten Commandants of GOD (YHVH) is subject of standing Judgement on Judgement Day at the end of the millinium at the throne of Christ. Anyone commiting this particular sin needs forgiveness from the soul against which it was commited, which requires their presance in heaven so that their victim can face the accused to give their forgiveness. After which Christ can then give His forgiveness. If the victim does not forgive the sin, it is not forgiven. That is the reason for the command of GOD (YHVH) to execute murderers immediately to send them for Judgement before the throne. All murderers in what we call the first degree must have this opportunity.
