Along with his wife Rebecca and three sons still at home, Wilson, her g grandfather, Edward and Robert. He is not listed in the 1870 census. Probably died ca 1860-1870, his wife is listed in the 1870 census at Adairsville, He may have been in the War Between the States, do not know. He was thought to have been an alcoholic and that he was found dead beside a campfire he had built in the woods while drunk. Would like to know.

Patsy Adair married Joseph A Young in 1843 and died in Cass Co. Madison Lefevre Adair married the daughter of Berryman Camp. Robert Sidney Adair Jr. married Eliza Ann Hood, daughter of James Hood and 2nd to Miss Price. The youngest son, William Adair was killed in action at Gettysburg in the Army of Northern Virginia July 4, 1863. I would like his picture.

Census of our county shows Wesley York listed with his family, WHILE the Cincinnati Ohio Library on the 1850 Census they have from the Accelerated Indexing systems, Inc. and edited by Ronald Vern Jackson has left Wesley York off the Census. Readers this is why I say do not take the book form census to heart. You must read the original census microfilm to be sure. Wesley York is on the Cass Co. GA 1850 Census.
