EIGHT DOLLAR REWARD

RUN away, on the 8th of July instant, from the subscriber, in Chester township, Burlington County, New Jersey, an Irish servant man, named Morris McQuaid, about 18 years of age, about 5 feet 7 inches high, a well set fellow, fresh colour, black hair, grey eyes, and is very quarrelsome when in liquor; had on, and took with him, when he went away, a silk handkerchief, felt hat, an old dorsetee jacket, a thick grey ditto, two old shirts, one check the other ozenbrigs, a pair of whitish breeches, two pair of tow trousers, a pair of calfskin shoes, too big for him:  It is likely he will change his name and go towards York.  Whoever takes up the said servant, and secures him in any gaol, so that his master may get him again, shall have the above reward, and all reasonable charges, paid by

Run away from Joab Hilman, the 4th inst. July, an Irish Servant Lad, name Bryan McQuod, about 20 years of age, about 5 feet 2 inches high, has a defect in his left eye, and black curled Hair; had on, when he went away, Ozenbrigs Shirt and Trousers, Brass Buckles in his shoes, an old Felt Hat, an old green Jacket.  Whoever takes up and secures said Lad in any Gaol, so that the Owner may have him again, shall receive Forty Shillings Reward, and all reasonable charges, paid by JOAB HILMAN, living in Newtown, Gloucester County, New Jersey, about 7 miles from Cooper's Ferry.

July 31, 1755

RUN away the 21st instant, from the subscriber living in Chichester, near Marcus Hook, a native Irish servant man, named James McQuaid, speaks broguish, talks simply, and labours with his elbows as he walks; took with him two cheeses, and two loaves of bread, a coarse hat, almost new, two shirts, one coarse, the other finer, and plaited at the setting of the sleeves, a new broadcloth jacket, of a dark claret Colour, two pair of trowsers, one coarse, the other finer, wore his hair, which is of a dark colour, with a mixture of grey, but probably may have cut it off, as he took several caps with him. Whoever takes up and secures said servant, so that his master may have him again, shall have Forty Shillings reward, and reasonable charges, paid by THOMAS PARVIN.
N.B. 'Tis supposed he has taken with him a double milled drab surtout coat, with a velvet collar, but no cape, as it has been since missing.
