The Compassionate Friends
Annual Worldwide Candlelighting Event
will be on Sunday, December 9, 2001.

For the past several years, we had
a WONDERFUL response
and world-wide participation

Annual World Wide Candlelighting - Honoring and remembering all of our children

THAT THEIR LIGHT MAY ALWAYS SHINE ...

Will be held on the 2nd Sunday in December
at 7:00 P.M. in every time zone
as we remember ALL children who have died.

In previous years,
everyone lit their candle(s) at 7:00 p.m.
in their time zone.

As candles burn down in one time zone,
they will be lit in the next,
so that candles are burning
in memory of the children
for the entire 24 hour day.

TCF had worldwide response
and participation; these past three years
and SINCERELY THANKS
everyone that participated,
and especially those that helped
us spread the word in the past!

We always need
as many notices as we can get in local newspapers,
church bulletins, and any other places
so the general public knows about this day !

TCF also hosted an on-line chat at the TCF
chat room from 7 - 11 pm (eastern) that same day.
For the past four years, we had people, world wide, stop by to say
their candle was lit. We also had someone
posting messages received on the National Office's website.

Make note of our Annual Worldwide Candlelighting on
the 2nd Sunday in December.
Please join us! And spread the word!
