I should have known something was up after I received a bath a few days before and the fact I had my bee-u-ti-ful black ,shiny fur brushed till I was almost bald!
I was a little put off and nervous at first but my natural curiosity won out and I was soon poking my nose into every crack and corner and watching the bizarr parade of hoomenz passing by my cage.
There were three hoomenz in particular who seemed overwhelmed by my bee-u-tee, but then again they spent a lot of time staring at the cat beside me as well.
After much discussion among themselvz, they hung a very pretty red ribbon on my cage. (I liked it better than the blue one on the cage beside mine.) I was then taken out of the cage, my harness put on, and petted by at least 3 zillion hoomenz! (Can you blame them?) Then before I knew it, we started it all over again!! This time I received a lovely white ribbon. Yet again I was paraded around, and another 3 zillion people had to pet me! I was beginning to get a little tired of the attention and rather hissed-off and the petting so my Meowmy called it a day, stuffed me in my carrier again and chauffeured me to my home.
