As you can see Ty Inc. has just presented the DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES
MEMORIAL FUND a check for $2,004,850.00. This donations represents Ty's
profits from 1st quarter sales of Princess. Obviously, we are very proud of
this donation. In addition, we are grateful to you, as this donation would
not have been possible without your support of Princess and Ty products.
