The Messianic Movement As It Is Experienced Around The world...
SHALOM...
My name is Shoshannah, which is Hebrew for Susan, and it also means lily, as in the flower. This was my first web page, which will always be under construction!! It is for those of us who are seeking a better understanding of the Messianic Movement which has been ignited in the world.
While The Messianic Movement is not new... it began almost two thousand years ago in Bethlehem, Israel... it has seen a huge surge of growth in the past ten or so years. Many people have come to know Yeshua Ha Massiah/Jesus Christ, as a Jew, not as the blue eyed European as He has been portrayed. Yeshua was born, raised, lived, died, and was resurrected a Jew. Over the centuries, many had forgotten that Yeshua was a Jewish Rabbi who lived a Torah observant life, attending Synagogue, and observing the Jewish Festivals. Christians had forgotten their Jewish roots. Now, many are returning to the foundations of The Faith to rediscover who we are as the children of G_d.
G_d, through the work of the Ruach HaKodesh/Holy Spirit, is giving His Children a hunger for truth. As we learn more, we are sharing it with others. Many faith communities are forming and growing in strenght for The L_rd. These communities are Messianic Jews, Messianic Gentiles, and some are simply Messianic Believers. We are your neighbors, friends, teachers, shopkeepers, attorneys, physicians, construction workers, rabbis, and pastors... just ordinary people, with an extrodinary story to tell. We come from many diverse backgrounds, from all walks of life, but with one common anchor... G_d's call to prepare ourselves, and all who would listen, for the difficult time which is approaching, and perhaps is even here.
Remember, while no one knows the day or the hour that our Messiah will return... each of us will at sometime, come to the end of his or her own life time, and that time is know only by G_d. We should live as if that day were today... So, it is with that understanding of G_d's timing that we venture to share His Word with the world. Living our faith, in witness to His Grace and Love. On these web pages there are many witnesses to G_d's work. Some are Jewish, some are Christian, but one thing ties us all together... the Love we share for G_d.
May we always be prepared to serve our L_rd, Baruch HaShem Y'shua, who's death and resurection we remember in the bread and cup.

The Messianic Movement has become an illuminating and vital force in the world today, and it is increasing rapidly. There are many sites which provide a wonderful light to many in an otherwise rather dim world. Remember, we are called out, as the children of G_d, to be a light unto the world. Here I am to be able to provide links to some other bright lights on the web. A few of them can be found right here in GeoCities Neighbourhoods... at The Observant Messianic Jewish Rabbinical Association... and at The Hebraic Heritage Ministries International, as well as The Star of David Translations, just to name a couple! A few sites are Messianic Congregations and organizations like The Messianic Communications, and The HaY'Did Learning Center.
