Welcome to Oak Haven, our Harrison, Arkansas, home! After 20 years Army service and 7 years in banking and the movie industry, we returned to family and friends. Located in the Ozarks of northwest Arkansas about 140 miles from Little Rock and 35 from Branson, we enjoy magnificent scenery, clear air, clean water, a stable economy, affordable housing, and friendly neighbors.

This is what we do to keep busy since retirement! 
- Tend Pamela's horse herd
- Serve in a number of LDS Church callings
- Work on our family genealogy
- Produce and direct Pamela's cable television show, Heart of the Home
- Raise Asian pears and other fruit in our orchard
- Actively involve ourselves in such community organizations as Democratic Women, Newcomers Club, Rotary, and Harrison District Board of Realtors
- Move rocks from pasture to woods
- Participate in and sometimes organize community activities
- Regularly mow about 2 acres of grass
- Craft leaded glass windows, ceramics, etc.
- Garden
- Read a bunch of books and magazines
- Feed dogs, cats, and a multitude of wild birds
- Care for elderly parents
- Sell real estate for Southgate Realty
