This is our list of quarterlies that are currently availiable.
The cost is $3.00 each, except those for which there is only one copy remaining. The cost for those issues will be $5.00. Also, please include shipping handling as follows: 1 to 3 issues - $2.00; 4 to 6 issues - $3.00; 5 or more issues $5.00. SPECIAL: If you include with your order, instructions to mail the back issues ordered with the NEXT scheduled quarterly shipping and handling will be only $2.00 irregardless of the number of issues ordered.
