From Daniel Morgan Ware's obituary: "son of David and Anna Reeves Ware, born near Centerton, Morgan Co., IN, 7, Jan. 1842. Died at his home in Brown Twp., Hancock Co., IN, 15, Aug. 1916, age 74y. 7m. 8d. His father died 7, Aug. 1844. After a few years spent in Morgan County, Daniel M. with his Mother and half-sister Lena, came to Hancock Co. and resisded upon the farm then owned by his grandfather, Mr. Reeves....He is survived by 6 children, David of Greenfield; William of Shirley; Mrs. Wm. Grunden of Willow Branch; Mrs. Perry Webb of Greenfield; Ila and Olive, who still live at home. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 son-in-laws, 2 daughter-in-laws, 1 aunt, Anna Marley, of Morgan Co., and a large number of relatives and friends."

I do have information and family groups for David Wear's siblings. William Weare, Jr. died 18, May 1863, Grand Junction, TN. He was a solider in the Civil War. I have a copy of his records and his widow's pension application for a pension. Anna Weare Marley's first husband was Hiram M. Putrum, he was also killed during the Civil War...Camp Loomis, TN. Anna was the only one of the 8 children born in Indiana... born in 1840. There may have been more then 8 children, as Catherine was born in 1834, Ohio.

The first record I have of them in Indiana is the 1840 census index. In 1842 Solomon, David and William are listed on the Clay Twp., Morgan Co., IN Poll Tax list.

I would like to hear from anyone else researching any of these lines.
