Spring 2008:
The rabbits are gone..again. Nothing is ever like it used to be. Same can be said in rabbits. I loved the Mini Lops and still do, just couldn't get excited about the shows and the fight to find good homes for the bunnies I raised. Hard to get out of bed in the wee hours for a show when you don't enjoy being there!
I did what was best for the animals and found them new homes. Cages are empty, the barn is still there.. who knows.. if the attitudes and my desires should change.. I could find myself with the loveable lops again. Until then, I will miss the buns and remeber the few friends I had...and be reminded nothing stays the same.
