I woke up early this morning
and paused before entering the day;
I had so much to accomplish
that I had to take time to pray.

A little about me. I live in South Arkansas.

Some of my interest are reading, cooking, traveling, playing on my P.C.and I enjoy music, especially easy listening, gospel and piano music (like the late Floyd Cramer another south arkansas native.)I have had Fibromylgia (click on link below for more information regarding FMS) since 1990 caused by an accident, also other joint problems , probably related to age. I made a quality decision to take charge of my health and do all I can do to keep active & healthy. For several years I have been working out . I am enrolled in a health and wellness program at our local college in Magnolia. I do land exercise , lift weights and water acrobatics. Water exercise is the best thing you can do (and the kindest) for your muscles & joints. Besides it is fun! fun! fun! to be involved with other people and lots better than sitting around complaining about aches & pains.
