| Announcing Heather's New Home: Moving home to Kenora, wasn't a hard decision to make. After being in Alberta for 7 years, and Manitoba for 5 years, it was time to move home. To where my heart is. After my annual visit home in December 2003, I decided that 2004 would be the year to move. My parents were getting older and I had been away long enough. So I put my house up for sale in Alberta and started applying online for employment opportunities. I found a new career and moved home at the end of March 2004. My house in Tofield sold in April and in July I moved into my new home. Its been a year now and everything is going pretty good. Sadly I lost my dad in September 2004, but I did get to spend some time with him while living at his home while waiting for my house to sell in Alberta. Long enough to know how proud he was of me and my accomplishments. Mom and I are closer than we had ever been before and life goes on for now. I have some wonderful friendships with people I've known most of my life, my family is close and I just love my new home. |
