God decided He needed a brand new Angel,
So He searched until he found the perfect one.
The only thing that broke my heart ,
Was that He chose my Son!

I will never know the reasons,
The wherefores or the why's.
I only know He called you home,
And now all I can do is cry!

I just hope that you are happy there..
In your brand new, Heavenly home.
Just know how much you are loved and missed,
I just feel so very much alone.

I will see you again in Heaven one day..
And, OH, won't that day be grand!
We will be with each other once again,
And by our Saviour's side, we will stand!

Through good times and bad times, through sadness and cheer,
           I watched as you grew up, year after year.
Then one bright, March morning, I picked up the phone,
          That's when I foune out you would never be home!

Through pain and confusion, anger and sorrow,
My only one wish was for one more tomoorrow!
Though these long, lonely years have come and gone.
Everyday, I look out my window at your grave and wish you were  home!

And then I remember with God's Heavenly plan,
That we will be together again in God's Heavenly land!
No more pain and confusion, no more anger and sorrow..
We will be together again and have many more tomorrow's!!
