| This poem is dedicated to my mother, Mrs. Susie L. Washington.... Mama, I am so blessed to know that out of all of the mothers in the world, God chose you to be mine. And for that I will forever be greatful... "I love you mama" "A Mother's Love" A mother is someone who brightens up her childs day. When her children has gotton into trouble, she loves them anyway. A mother will cause her children to smile when they are feeling blue. A mother will always protect her children, no matter what she has to do. A mother will go hungry to make sure that her children are fed. A mother is there to say a prayer, as her children lay down their sweet heads. A mothers heart is always singing her children a beautiful love song. A mothers love is so gentle, but yet it is so strong. A mothers heart breaks over and over thoughout her childrens years. A mother is always there to help her children to calm their fears. A mother will defend her child, no matter what the cost. Just as her Lord defended her upon Calvarys Cross. A mothers thanks God for here children, when the end of her day has come. And she give Jesus all of the praise, for her childrens victories He has won!
