| First of all we'd like to welcome you to Baby Steps.
We hope you find helpful information that you can relate with and find out that we are, scary
as it seems, as normal as any other family.
The idea for this project came about when I heard of a site someone did about their
newborn child and the process. My first thought was "Hey, I'm learning HTML, I like playing
around with graphics, we're having a baby." We also have family members out of state who
could keep up with us through this great piece of technology.
In the process I can broaden my wife's horizons by teaching her about the web, sparking
some of her hidden creativity, and above all teach her that computers aren't the enemy
(ha, ha!) Catch 22: My wife could teach me more about patience, life, and saying
"yes, honey!"
This site is currently in its Baby Steps (hence, the name) as are we in different
phases of our lives. As this site grows so will my wife, the baby, our family, and I. In the
end I think this project will be a great teaching tool for both us, and anyone who reads
through this site.
