Most Americans are unaware that we are in a state where the Constitution is suspended and the government has all power.
While the courts may act as if there is no suspension of the basic law of the land, should any person attempt to sue the government in court for a violation of his rights during this emergency, he would soon find the courts would declare all suits void because of government’s special powers under a declared national emergency.
