Cole Sear (Haley Joel Osment) was an 8-year-old who could
see ghosts walking around. He was always frightened by ghosts in his home,
school, everywhere. He was the patient of Dr. Malcolm Crowe (Bruce
Willis), who spent a large chunk of his time trying to treat Cole, leaving
his beloved wife alone at home. Malcolm told Cole, instead of to be afraid
of the ghosts, to talk to the ghosts he saw. That worked, and finally
Malcolm had time to be with his wife again, or did he?
