Almost Every Single Day
It was a calm summer night When we strolled on the beach Hand in hand we walked Our love within reach
I remember when we sat And watched the sunset The smiles we exchanged And how our eyes met
When the sun was down We began to talk It was nice to rest After our long walk
We shared deep thoughts Our hopes and dreams We were very happy That's how it seemed
I remember the kisses We exchanged so tenderly The moonlight was exciting Our love was carefree
Hand in hand we walked Away from the shore It was a beautiful night We should have had more
When I look out now At the beach and the shore I long for your presence It's something I can't ignore
The happiness we shared Has long went away But I'm reminded of our love Almost every single day
