Year
After Year
Spreading
her wings for the world to see
Opening
up for the birds and the bees
Like
a window to her soul she bares it all
She
flutters it closed when the sun does fall
Her
beauty is enhanced by the sweet perfume
The
emitted aroma would brighten any tomb
Entranced
by her beauty and scent, I fall asleep
Whisked
into a dream state that I wish to keep
I
am at peace now with the world left above
Nothing
disturbs me as I meditate from the love
And
the serenity it bestows when it reappears
Blossoming
on my gravesite year after year
