Katerina Mavronasou - Dance School Kouvari (Athens –Greece) 1st Place in Ballet Children under 10 years of age.

George Hatzopoulos (Athens –Greece )  1st Place in Ballet repertory, Children under 10 years of age.

Artemis – Athina Dimou – Dance School Youla Papas, (Evia – Greece ) 1st Place in Ethnic children under 10 years of age.

 

Scholarships

 

The dancers Nadine Xindara, Torgunakov Alexey and Luo Fan, due to their high evaluation were automatically nominated for scholarships due to their distinction as outstanding talents.

Scholarships were also awarded to Natalia Krekou for her distinguished appearance.

 

The Judging committee in alphabetical order was.

 

Mr Viatcheslav Elagin (Moscow – Russia)  Former first soloist of the Bolshoi Ballet.  Chief Manager of the Bolshoi Theatre till 2001.  Now the Director of the “House of Music of Moscow”.

Mrs Olympia Gelodari, (Athens—Greece)  Chief choreographer and master teacher of the Ballet of the National Opera of Greece for 25 years. For a period of time member of the judging committee of the International dance competitions of Varna and Moscow.

Mrs Irina Lazareva, (Moscow – Russia) Dancer, teacher, choreographer. Former first soloist of the Bolshoi Theater. Ballet master, teacher and chief choreographer of the Bolshoi Theatre since 1992.

Mrs Maria Luise Jaska, (Vienna, Austria).  Former principal dancer of the Vienna Opera Ballet. Ballet director of the National theatre of Tirol . Choreographer for the Vienna Opera Ballet

Mrs Katerina Pavlaki , (Athens—Greece) Dancer, teacher, choreographer.

Founder, organizer and director of the International Dance Competition – Hellas.  Creator of the Katerina Pavlaki Dance Company. Former soloist of the National Opera of Greece.  Alvin Ailey scholarship recipient. Fulbright Artists Award recipient.
