| For highway geeks this is an interesting area of roads. Here, AL 233 South -- only a couple of miles long itself -- runs into AL 129. Just to the east, a short stretch of old US 78 snakes off the current four-lane US 78, while just to the north of this area construction continues on the next segment of Corridor X. So temporary detours and highway ends abound in this section. |
