Kirk proudly supports the NYC Firefighter's boycott of the Daily News.

(Kirk is more than happy to lend his support to the boycott since he had already been campaigning against Bloomberg and the Daily News and for several years Kirk has been calling for respecting the interests of the 9/11 heroes.)

"On Feb. 20, 2000, Corrupt Stamford Connecticut cops stole my car off of private property and destroyed my job ( by frightening my boss) - thus making me homeless on the subway." -Kirk
NYC subway car  Kirk is sleeping on the NYC subway at night because he is homeless. He has been robbed several times when he has been asleep in a subway car like the one pictured to the left. Sometimes the thieves cut open his pants pockets in order to steal what he has in his pockets. He is sometimes able to get work helping at a restaurant. (If you are eating at restaurant in New York City, Kirk may been working in the back)
Kirk is passionate about achieving justice. He works many hours walking around the city trying to get the message out. Someone who saw him carrying one of his signs a few years ago took his picture. Here is a cropped version of that picture showing just his head.

Kirk is confidant that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Kirk hard at work at his Impeach Bloomberg Campaign pictured here on 7/14/03 wearing his "Impeach this Mayor" sign. A web site called mrbarrett.com took Kirk's picture and wrote about seeing him on the subway, "I was riding the subway yesterday and a man got on wearing a signboard reading, "Impeach this mayor." There was a picture of Mayor Bloomberg on the signboard. Intrigued, I took one of the fliers he was handing out. I'd known there was a substantial number of people unhappy with Bloomberg's policies and changes here in the city, but I had no idea there was an active effort to try to remove him from office."

 HOW LOW CAN HE GO?
"As his popularity plummets, Mayor Bloomberg is stuck doing the political version of a limbo dance, a new survey says. Just as a limbo dancer tries to slip under a bar set lower and lower, Bloomberg is doing his job amid lower and lower poll numbers - only 24 percent of New Yorkers approve of his job performance, a New York Times survey says today. That's the lowest approval rating any mayor has gotten in 25 years of Times surveys, the newspaper said." - Bill Sanderson New York Post WORST POLL YET IS A 'LOW' BLOW TO MIKE 6/13/03

The Mayor Who Closed Six Firehouses
"... probably best known throughout the city as the man who closed six firehouses. His poll numbers are the lowest for a mayor in two decades, in large part, those polled say, because of how he has handled the city's fiscal woes."-Jennifer Steinhauer NYT Budget Success, but Bloomberg Gets No Respect

NEW YORK POSTOpinion Letters April 12, 2003 -- THE ISSUE:

Mayor Bloomberg's plan to close eight or more firehouses.

"In a time of heightened terror alerts, the thought of reducing the first line of defense - the FDNY - is dangerous to civilians and firefighters alike ("Ax-man Mike spares his own firehouse," April 10). If anyone is seriously injured or killed because of firehouse closures, we must hold Mayor Bloomberg responsible. Let's pray it doesn't come to that." -Steven Sanfilippo, Staten Island

"It is insane to even think about closing firehouses. The mayor must not put budgetary concerns ahead of life. Lives will be lost if the city closes firehouses. The FDNY and NYPD are our homeland security. Post-9/11, the city should be manning all engine companies with five men and increasing public safety; not decreasing it." -Dan Nemeth, Staten Island

"As a proud member of the FDNY, I can tell you that our job is to save lives, and we love doing it. Who is going to be there for the communities when the first eight firehouses close? Who is going to be there when the next eight close? In 40 days, we're unfortunately going to find out." -John Daly, Mahopac

New York cannot tolerate a Mayor who has NO respect for the 9/11 heroes and who has depraved indifference to human life.

THIS IS GROUNDS FOR IMPEACHMENT!WTC Roof Rescue with Helicopter

Are you sick and tired of not having a say in government? (and you know everyone else feels the same way.) There is one way that we can take back our government, it's called the chain letter effect and it will have a domino effect. Make copies of this flyer and give them to everyone you know. We must get this message out to everyone: We the People Want Bloomberg IMPEACHED and We the People WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN

by giving my newspaper a one week ultimatum. You have one week to put on the front page "We the People want Bloomberg IMPEACHED Special elections in 2 Months to finish out his term, Names and numbers of politicians we need to harass to make it happen." And because I know a majority of people agree with me, we better see it happen. Because if we don't, we stop buying your newspaper.

It took the New York Times 5 weeks to get rid of two more "Jason Blairs" because OBVIOUSLY THEIR CIRCULATION DROPPED DRASTICALLY. So if your newspaper doesn't meet your ultimatum date, be patient, it will happen. And with the chain letter effect added to a few thousand flyers that we will personally individually pass out, it will probably take about 3 weeks. Newspapers are addictive just like cigarettes are. If you can't live without your newspaper, borrow it from a friend or take it out of the garbage, but just don't buy any of these newspapers. Remember, protests, marches and demonstrations are nothing but amusement for the powers that be. The only thing they understand is thousands of "I don't buy your newspaper today."

When you give your ultimatum, it is also very important to let them know that you know that huge percentage of their circulation feels the same way as you do and that they too will be giving them an ultimatum on a growing basis.

You know these surveys they have when they tell you to phone 1 of 2 numbers and they will tell you the poll the next day? Well, knowing what Jason Blair did, how do we know that the results were not already decided when they wrote up whatever survey or poll they were doing? The only thing they understand is thousands of "I don't buy your newspaper today."

Mayor Bloomberg says he will take full responsibility, LET'S MAKE HIM PUT IT IN WRITING.

I mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, personally agree to pay ALL legal fees and judgments awarded to families of dead victims and seriously burned victims that results from my depraved indifference to human life by closing 6 firehouses. I realize I could personally pay to keep these 6 firehouses open and keep the heroes on the pay role at least a hundred times easier that it is for 90% of all the people to pay for a tickedt that I have been forcing the police to write out.

Please spread the word if you or somene you know has sent me anything report it to the Postal Police.

Are you sick of the OJ Simpsons killing someone with an aluminum baseball bat and using the excuse "I thought it was a balloon bat, the kind you stick a pin in and it goes pop"?

Well, are you sick of the New York Times supporting Police brutality against women in one of the worst possible ways?

A woman calls the police for help because she is afraid of her boyfriend. The two cops kidnap her, take her to a dead end street and break her jaw and nose when they slammed her head into the patrol car. These criminals got community service and probation. Remind you of Jason Blair and his Editors?! Well, just like the balloon bat excuse, the criminals that own the New York Times knew that it would upset a lot of people if it was put on page 1, so they buried it on the bottom little corner of D2 November 3, 2001.

 Extremely important

As of June 17, 2003, I have literally received no mail. I find this extremely hard to believe when I have passed out over 8,500 copies individually. I have had an overwhelmingly favorable response from people I've talked to. I know there are thousands of office workers who are anywhere from uneasy to terrified to go to work everyday. They are subconsciously aware that they have to work on floor X for the next 10, 20, 30 or 40 years and have to worry about what might happen below them with no escape. My father, Lance C. Wilcox, vice President of Airpot Corp. Norwalk Conn. has committed countless felonies agianst me. The only reason he is not in jail is, you got it, our criminal press. I strongly suspect he has paid off someone in the Post Office or Mail Box.

So why should it surprise you that they are waiting for the next plane to hit a sky scraper so they can show you people jumping out of windows because the oven got to hot.

Mayor Bloomberg has sentenced X number of people to death. In a few years the victims families lawyers will be using this flyer in court. Think about this Mayor Bloomberg has 5 Billion Dollars. He can afford to pay to keep every firehouse open CHEAPER than what most of you could pay to fix a flat tire or pay a parking ticket. This shows the Mayor's total disregard for human life!

He thinks he has 2 1/2 years and can do whatever he pleases before he has to buy another term. Lets tell him he had better get his act together and start doing what the people want, or else like a chain letter newspapers will be called to IMPEACH.

Mayor Bloomberg bought the election 1 1/2 years ago and he has done nothing but destoy our city. As I've written over and over: Just liek a chain letter, we need to phone these newspapers and tell them we need to see on page one names and phone numbers of these eleted officials who have the power to impeach this mayor.

Kirk doesn't like the picture at a web page someone included him in a few years ago. They described him as a "Street Artist" which he doesn't agree with. They described him like this: "Kirk Wilcox was walking the streets of Manhattan carrying a very large sign when we caught up with him. He told us the story of how he had been involuntarily confined to Bridgeport Hospital. He also showed us photos of the small box he lived in on top of his car. He wanted media attention to publicize what he called his "kidnapping," but, unfortunately, our tiny crew seemed to be the only media interested in his story. A crowd of twenty or so people gathered on the street near St. Mark's Place as he told us of his plight."
