This is my first page and my Internet Service Provider is the Puerto Rico Telephone Company (PRTC). To enter to my Home Page just click on the Index button on your top left of page. I retired from the working force on 1989. I worked for 32 years with the USGS US. Geological Survey - Water Resources Division or USGS-WRD as a Hydrologist.
The Agency has been established in Puerto Rico since 1958 with the cooperation of the local government agencies that are related with the island's hydrology. The Caribbean District under the leadership of the USGS-WRD has a complete water program that encompass the three main branches of hydrology: Surface Water, Ground Water, and Quality of Water. These branches are organized in the United States as independent disciplines.
The USGS has published an endless number of reports including these three water disciplines just mentioned. The information collected is available to the public upon request.
I am a veteran of the US. Marine Corps and I served during the Korean Conflict (1952-54). Some of my hobbies are sports, listening to music, keeping up with international and local news, swimming, camping, working new computer's software, and of course my main hobby is to surf on the Internet and keep up with the new technology. In reality, there is a vast resource to explore on the Internet and as the new century approaches we have to be better prepared to enjoy the treasures hidden on the WWW. All us should share this knowledge for the betterment of our World...

Netscape and Microsoft is the Yahoo Corporation, it offers a lot for nothing. Give it a try and see what I mean! The important thing is that you retained all your pages intact if you move to another ISP.
