WHITETAIL INFORMATION

SUMMER SAUSAGE
5lbs. ground venison
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2  Tbsp. quick salt
2  tsp. mustard seed
1  tsp. garlic powder
1   1/2  tsp. pepper  (whole)
mix all ingredients together and leave set overnight in the refridgerator. form into a log and bake at 150 deg. for 6 hrs.  take out let cool and enjoy.
