Want to make your own stun gun?! Here are 3 schematics: Version #1, which is similar to Version #2, and then Version #3, which doesn't have the parts' values. What's neat is you can make the inner workings, then mount them within anything from which you can have the 2 electrodes sticking out! ...or maybe you can use their shocking output (100KV or so) for other, less "defensive" things -- perhaps "op art with high volts"? Just don't scale it up to the point of fatality!
