Taken from Jimi's 3 day-6 concert performances, Live At Winterland was one of two CDs (the other being Radio One) that Alan Douglas did for the record company Ryko, best known for their catalogue of Frank Zappa records. A decent package, with good performances by the Experience.
Although I know this one was knocked by critics, and isn't Jimi at his very best, I kinda like it myself. This one I remember reading about a few years back, a companion CD, with an extra 3 songs not found on the original issue, plus as an added bonus a T-Shirt featuring the cover of the Winterland CD.
A nice package if you can manage to find a copy of it.
