Recorded June 20th, 1969 at the Newport Jazz Festival. Some decent performances, though you would be hard pressed to hear them from the muffled sound on this CD.
At points, it sounds as if they took what was coming in on the vocal mikes and put that on this CD. If they picked up the music as well as vocals, that was a bonus.
Rough to say the least, another to put into the archives just so it's there, at least until decent tapes surface.
