Welcome to Henham House. Within our large mature gardens is our completely detached, self-contained pool house. It is sunny, spacious and just the place to unwind and relax. The kitchenette is well equipped to fulfil basic cooking needs and your stay will include a generous breakfast. The private ensuite bathroom features hairdryer, toiletries and robes (for pool and bathing). Iron and ironing board available on request. Adjoining the self contained pool house is our heated outdoor pool. Feel the stresses of the city ebb away as you energetically do a few laps, or more sedately relax and unwind in the water. Then its time to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the native birds, as the sun goes down.
We are very handy to excellent restaurants and cafés and have sailing, windsurfing and numerous walking tracks on our doorstep. Within 15 minutes of driving you have the choice of playing three top golf courses (for which tee-off times can be arranged on your behalf). Centrally located, we are just 5 minutes from State Highway 1 (25 minutes to central Wellington, The Westpac Stadium and the inter-island ferries and 20 minutes to Paraparaumu and the Kapiti Coast) and 10 minutes to State Highway 2 (gateway to the Wairarapa and Hutt Valley).
