| What Youth learn to train their dogs to become obedient, have manners of a great family dog, Designed for both the child and the dog. Classes will cover showmanship, dog care, agility, obedience, and responsible dog ownership. When Beginning Thurday, April 5th at 6:30 p.m weekly through Thursday, June 29th. | 4-H Dog Training Begins Thursday, April 5 |
| 1. Dog cannot be in heat 2. Collar or head halter, 6 foot leash and showmanship lead required 3. Dog must be up to date onrabies and parvo shots. 4-H Health Certificate (not just tags) must be on file with instructor. Obtained at 4-H Office or on line at http://www.fourh.unn.edu/mndog/DogIDA07.pdf 4.Practice between child and dog required between sessions.
