FUN & GAMES PHILOSOPHY                Through the various experiences I had at different daycare centers        and preschools, I have come to realize a lot concerning a child's        development inregards to their social, emotional and physical        environment.        Children need to be nurtured and cared for in a warm & safe        environment. We must always understand what each child is        experiencing and provide that nurturing and love that they need.         Fun & Games represents the type of surrounding that kids can         explore on their own and according to their different develop-         mental skills. There is no structured environment but only love,          encouragement, and praise for each of their accomplishment.         I firmly  believe in validating each child's emotions concerning         good-byes,injuries, or whatever concerns them.        They need our support by letting them know that their feelings        are   o.k. to have. Fun & Games program will include fieldtrips,        music, books and art. I firmly believe in the expression that        learning comes through playing whether it is individual or in       groups. Kids can have fun exploring new things around them       while at the same time playing with games.
