Hardware Engineer, Sr. 
Serve as Hardware and General Engineer providing direct maintenance and operational support to the Audiovisual equipment, conference/studio facilities and video projects within the Lister Hill National Center for Biomedical Communications and for the Audiovisual Program Development Branch (APDB) of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus.

Computer Systems Analyst/Hardware Engineer
Systems Engineer on large IT program supporting US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Served as principal member of Engineering Department of this 320 person LMC (Lockheed Martin Corporation) program to provide all IT services to HUD. Functioned to identify and develop network changes and enhancements to keep HUD systems up-to-date. Installed new software on HUD user computers. Researched, evaluated and tested numerous PC-based hardware and software products for HUD. Reported all test results to customer. Functioned as member of rapid-response troubleshooting team to solve difficult PC and network-based problems when front-line team unable to resolve issues; some problems required out-of-area travel. Provided on-site and remote technical assistance to end-users and technical staff.
