HOW NOT TO GET PULLED OVER

OH SHIT, NOW WHAT?!?

I think that if I were to give a reason why so many people are in jail/prison for weed, it is simply because people dont know their rights or because they neglect them. I realize that it is a sad day in age when cops think they need to be out catching weed smokers insted of focusing on rapers and killers -- people who need to be in jail/prison.

1. If you find it a must to travel with weed, never store it in your glove box. The cop will want the insurance and stuff and the minute the glove box is opened, the cop will shine his flashlight in your glove box and search right along with you.

2. Never leave anything in plain sight: Roaches in the ashtray -- If the ashtray is open, the cop will inspect it. Roach Clips -- many people have long roach clips with feathers or what ever on them hanging on their mirror. This can be seen before you are ever even pulled over and will draw attention.

3. Answer all questions of search with "NO!" Remember: it is the cops job to act tough and intemidating. They will always say things will go alot smoother, or ask things like what have you got to hide, but just simply say my attorney asked me to do so, or I wish to exercise my rights as a citizen.

4. Carry all drugs inside bags, backpacks, and etc. if possible. Even after arested these things cant be searched without a warrant. If possible try to keep the sealed in some kind of bag and if possible in the pocket of spair clothes or something like that inside the bag.

5. You should always be awair of your appearence when pulled over. Bloodshot eyes, studdered speech, smells, or smoke in the car are all dead give aways. That is why I say when all possible just do it at home.

6. Dont wear drug related slogans on clothes or bumper stickers. That is just asking for trouble. A police might pull a car over with a weed bumper sticker just to see if he could catch a roach in the ashtray or something like such.

7. Be as friendly as possible. Cops include attitude as a major factor in how to handle a situation. Answer all questions as truthful as possible or at least keep your story strait, because it wouldnt be good to get caught in a lie when pulled over on possible drug charges.

8. Visine -- always keep it with you, I hate it when my allergies acts up!

9. Keep a cig. lit whil driving, it is a good excuse for the smell and all the smoke in the car (you shouldnt be smoking in the car in the first place). Make sure your friends have one too, if they are riding with you.

10. Cops take notice to to overstuffed pockets, try never to cary a pipe with you, stay with tha jay. NOTE: many cars such as Toyota (that is what i got) the back seat pulls up with a few hard to find levers allong the bottom of the sear, great weed stasher! cops always check under the floor mats and etc. but hardly ever take out the back seat (it sounds a lot harder than it really is).
